001 · QR Splitter · Site logistics

One PDF in. Print-ready labels for the trailer.

A small Windows utility for the team receiving multi-QR carrier PDFs at the jobsite and printing them one-by-one on a thermal label printer. Drop the PDF in; QR Splitter pulls each code onto its own 4×6 page; print straight to a Zebra or Rollo.

What it does

Designed for site logistics.

Carrier PDFs with multiple QR codes per page aren't friendly to thermal printers in the jobsite trailer. QR Splitter solves that:

  • Reads multi-QR PDFs you drop into the app — Amazon, FedEx, USPS, prefab partner shipping manifests
  • Separates each QR code onto its own page, sized for 4×6 thermal labels
  • Outputs a single print-ready PDF — send it straight to your Zebra, Rollo, or any label printer in the trailer

What you need

  • Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
  • A Fulcrum VDC account (free to create)
  • An internet connection for the license check at startup
